Even though we’re primarily focused on control systems, by having capabilities that enable us to deliver the whole package in-house, we understand the value that it brings. Our holistic approach keeps costs to a minimum and delivery times short. An efficient, low fuss, one-stop shop.
Many Instruments require a high level of mechanical expertise to install correctly (such as the valves and flowmeters that become part of your pipeline) – and most require power to operate.
Having our own electricians enables us to install cable containment to a high standard and modify/install distribution systems within the regulations. As an NICEIC Approved Contractor with our own panel building workshop, we really do have it all covered.
In addition to supporting our C&I work, we’re able to offer a full range of stand-alone electrical solutions in any environment, be it domestic, commercial or industrial.
- Motor Control Systems & Motor Installation
- Control Panel Build & Supply
- EV Charge Points
- PV Installations
- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
Although Control & Instrumentation is generally viewed as a ‘technical’ engineering practice that is electrical, pneumatic, electronic or software-based in nature, more often that not the installation of sensing elements of a control system will require a high degree of mechanical expertise & understanding. To enable us to deliver our service 100% from start to finish, we have developed our own in-house mechanical department, primarily to enable us to tackle the often challenging task of installing sensors into the process, such as pipework, vessels, tanks & silo’s. We’re able to manufacture bespoke brackets where required, we can cut, weld & fabricate to provide our own solutions.
- Sensor Brackets
- Flowmeter & Valve/Actuator installations
- Pipework modifications
- Hot-tapping
Having these capabilities in-house means we can offer bespoke mechanical services for a wide range of applications. If you have any something that you need repairing of fabricating, get in touch and we’ll see if we can help
